Shipping is considered part of the collaborative process and is discussed with the Client during the consultation stage. The appropriate shipping method is selected based on the scale, materials, destination, and timeline of the finished piece.

Standard or Expedited Shipping is included and coordinated once the artwork nears completion.

Mounting and Care Instructions are provided.

All shipments are insured for their full value and handled with the highest level of care.

Once shipped, the Client will receive a tracking number and real-time shipping updates.

All one-of-one works are professionally packed to museum standards to ensure safe transit. Due to the scale, materials, and custom mounting of each piece, shipping costs reflect specialized packaging and careful handling.

Delivery & Signature
A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to accept delivery.

International Orders
International shipping may be available upon request. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.

While every precaution is taken to ensure safe delivery, if your Photographic Composition arrives in less than perfect condition, pls. notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging materials and provide clear photographs of the damage to assist with assessment.

Any damage occurring during unwrapping, installing, hanging or mounting your piece is not covered by Mark Maryanovich Photography.

Pls. follow the Mounting and Care Instructions provided prior to shipping to ensure the safety of your artwork.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, Mark will use his best efforts to recreate the piece at no additional cost, subject to the scope, nature, and materials of the original work. Due to the one-of-one nature of these compositions, exact replication may not always be possible; however, any recreated work will honor the original intent, vision, and artistic integrity of the piece.

Due to the bespoke, one-of-one nature of Mark Maryanovich’s photographic compositions, all sales are final.

These works are commissioned individually, created through a collaborative process between the artist and collector, and cannot be reproduced, exchanged, or returned. By purchasing, collectors acknowledge and accept that each piece is unique, and that pricing, production, and artistic decisions are determined through the collaboration process and ultimately rest with the artist.

This policy ensures the integrity, authenticity, and singularity of each work while providing a clear and professional framework for collectors.
