Goals for this course include educating music students on the image and branding process. Mark works with students in providing images that represent the brand, identity and style of each individual artist.
“Mark - a few years ago, Nimbus did some work on our mission statement.
One of the questions we had to ask ourselves was "Why do we exist?".
The answer for us was to change lives through music. Having seen the
photos, and the response of the students, I have to say you did exactly that.
Translating their brand into a style, and then capturing that in an image is
allowing our students to see themselves differently, and that is changing
their perception of themselves, which in turn is changing their behaviour
as they pursue their careers. That is a powerful gift you have given them.
